To give a more clear response.

It has been disabled due to some problems they have had with it.

Simple as that. I believe it should be back soon.

It was sicker than originally thought - the tool is gone for the moment.

At the bottom of a thread - just above Quick Reply box - Tags and on the right Edit tags.
