I've just installed ubuntu 7.10 on my vista compaq laptop using virtualbox. but my problem is ubuntu doesn't show up in my screen resolution of 1280x800. I tried changing it using the menus "administration-->screen & graphics" in ubuntu but the screen becomes blurry. so I had to restart ubuntu to reset the resolution. So how do I fix this so I can run ubuntu in full screen mode? Also how do I share my vista folders with ubuntu?

if the screen is blurry you have to raise the refresh rate

I only get a max refresh rate of 61 hz and even if I raise the screen resolution to 1280x800 it doesn't cover the complete screen.
