Hi All
Can you please tell me what spec would be needed to run all the bells and whistles on Gutsy?
I have watched the you tube vid and want to run all of that on my new machine.

HI and beryl has joined with compiz and became compiz-fusion. It would be easier if you gave your system specs. Then we can help.

Thats the thing I am building a machine but on a limited budget so I wanted to know what to build, this is what I am looking at :
Asrock 4CoreDual-SATA2 R2.0
Intel Pentium Dual Core E2180 2GHz
Akasa AK 965 HSF
Kingston 1GB DDR2 667MHz / PC2-5300 (poss 2gb)
What graphics would I need?
Thanks

Compiz can run on 10 year old machines;)
I would suggest a nvidia (I'm using 7900gs and it's a dream with Compiz) or maybe just am integrated intel card if you care about price.

A friend has suggested the ATI Radeon HD 3650 512mb card and at less than £40 it seems a bargain.
