Is it possible to obtain local versions of Nvu, cause I can only find the English version on the repo's.

Probably not. If you look at www.nvu.com you can see that they are not supported. Not that this is a good excuse or anything.

However, while you did not specify your language preference, there may be no need to install a localized version because there seem to be localization plugins that do this (although possibly not as well). If you want French or know French so you can see an example... Il y a un "Pack de langue XPI" en français ici (http://frenchmozilla.sourceforge.net/nvu/).

Since I'm from the Dutch speaking part of Belgium I was actually looking for the Duch-version.
I've now found the language plugin, but I'm unable to install it.

That's great, but you need to be more specific! What does it say when you try to install it? Does it give an error? Are you sure it's not installed? You have to start NVU in a special way (see the french link above). Did you follow the directions on how to install? Are you sure you tried installing the localization pack and not the dictionary pack?
