Ubuntu 5.10 AMD64 expert install corrupted my sources.list

deb http://.archive.ubuntu.com breezy universe
deb-src http://.archive.ubuntu.com breezy universe

instead of

deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu breezy universe
deb-src http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu breezy universe

While I no longer need help with this, I thought I'd start a thread in case someone else has the same problem.
