K9copy not working...

All right I am getting the following message when I try to run K9copy:

There was an error setting up inter-process communications for KDE. The message returned by the system was:

Could not read network connection list
/home/chris/.DCOPserver_chris-room__0

Please check that the "dcopserver" program is running!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

All right. I open the terminal and started dcopserver and it is running. When I enter k9copy in the terminal I get the following error message:

By the way this on my desktop, not the laptop.
