Links not differentiated

I just posted a reply that had a link in it, and the text was not differentiated from normal text, like it used to be. Is this now an option that I have to enable, or is it the way it will be from now on? I had to hover over the link in order to see that it was there. Like this link to launchpad (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu).

Yeah, this is a "to be fixed" item that is already known by forum staff here. I read it in another thread.
