no taskbar

Hello....I am using kubuntu. The taskbar has disappeared and no matter where i put the mouse cursor the taskbar does not show up....how can i make the taskbar reaappear?

Sounds like it might have crashed. Hit Alt+F2 and run "kicker"

im not really sure what u mean by taskbar but if its the title bar where -[]X stands then

try this

open a terminal and type:


sudo nvidia-xconfig --add-argb-glx-visuals


and then restart
