hi all...
i installed 8.04 xubuntu the other day... and after playing around with it some i thought that since gnome had some eye candy to it i would try and use that from time to time...
so i did a aptitude install ubuntu-desktop
everything went well...
but now when i try to shutdow/reboot gnome dies but it sits at X11... i then can go to console and do a sudo reboot and it works everytime...
thoughts???
