I am new to the synaptic and to linux and unfimular to the programs it contains What I need is the best CD dupe there is to offer want to copy
a music CD ( Otis Redding Dock of the Bay ). any advice would be great:popcorn:

Go to
Applications > Add/Remove Programs
Select audio and video
Take your pick of program, there are a few (Gnome C D Master will probably do what you want)

just a quick question I have already switched from MS win you say in your sig to read this but there is no what to read LOL did you do on purpose??
