I would like a new theme , is it hard to install ? any suggestions?

Are you using Compiz? If so, I would suggest looking at Emerald Themes. It's available through Synaptic. Also, just put "themes" into Synaptic's search. You'lol get a ton of themes and theme-related stuff....

Themes for your Ubuntu (Gnome) desktop is available on gnome-look.org (http://www.gnome-look.org)
Every icon, metacity and GTK2 ("controls") is in a compressed archive which can be installed through System>Preferences>Appearance.
X11 Mouse themes, must be extracted to ~/.icons, then selected in Appearance.
Emerald/Beryl themes can be imported from the emerald theme manager.
