md5sum checker for Vista

Does anyone know of a program for checking md5sums that will run under Vista?

This isn't for me, but for someone who may be able to download the Hardy release for me. I'd like them to be able to check that they have a clean download before mailing me the disk.

I just ran this utility from Nero in Vista with no problems: MD5 checksum (http://www.nero.com/enu/downloads-utilities.html)

I have long used digestIT 2004 (http://www.kennethballard.com/modules/xproject/index.php?op=viewSummary&pid=2) for its integration in the explorer (XP) - but haven't tried it in Vista.
