As far as I know, this started happening with the new theme. I noticed that any post with the code tags in a smaller window will flow outside the right border. The window size that I used was 958x843, which I don't believe is that small. I don't have the problem if my window is maximized (my monitor has 1680x1050 native resolution). I've attached a screenshot of my browser (Firefox 3 Beta 5 in Hardy). The thread is here (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=520113&page=8).

seems to only happen when the window size is shrank too small.

didn't the other theme do this too?

The old theme had a fixed width I think.

The old one was fluid width; this one was actually planned by ubuntu-geek to be fixed initially.

The site is optimized for 1024x768 anything lower might have some issues like this.

That is reasonable for a site of this complexity.

Fine with me too. I just couldn't recall seeing it before, but I think I may just have made my window a little smaller this time :)

Except when considering that many ATI cards which do 1024x768 just fine on Windows can't go over 800x600 on Linux due to the sorta crappy nature of xserver-xorg-video-ati. One of my computers uses one of those ATI cards, so I've had a nice long fight with it.
