Looking for Software to draw directly on the screen

Does anyone know a tool, with which I can draw and write directly on the screen? I look for something that many Conferencing tools offer.. There you usualy have an option, something called "whiteboard", with which you can highlight, write, draw etc. directly on the screen.
I look for such a tool that, while explaining something on the screen, I can highlight stuff which seem important to me.

Does anyone out there know such a piece of software?

There is a setting 'annotate' that allows you to do just that.

the default 'initiate' is Alt+Super+(mouse)button 1, and the default 'clear' is Alt+Super+K
