Looking for a dictionary with definitions

I am looking for an English dictionary with definitions that I can use when offline. I have looked at the Universal Repository and they all seem to be spell checkers for various langauges.

There is a dictionary installed by default in
Applications > Accessories > Dictionary

Is it not working for you?
