Harpoon 2? has anyone got it to work?

Has anyone tried to use harpoon 2 under linux?
I tried to use it under wine...but it couldn't find the cd and just hung there.
I had no success under Cedaga.
I would love to get this game working again. I remember paying $4,95AUD about a year ago for the original box set OR...is there a linux clone out there somewhere?
Anyone had any luck?

unfortunately this game is just another one not listed, and it's quite likely that it's so old it won't work. However, it sounds like you were close to getting it working in wine, but the cd protection got in the way. Download a no-cd patch for the game and try in Wine again.
