Is there a way to save my settings in Mupen64? My emulator keeps on resetting to the same video setting and controls, which as you can probably tell, is very annoying.

When using mupen64plus v1.3, all these settings are saved in your ~/.mupen64plus folder.

I didn't know there was a Mupen64 above v5.0! Thanks, I'm using it now, and it works great!
