C&C 3 on WINE

Hi all

having a problem getting command and conquer 3 tiberian wars working on wine

on the WINE APPS DB it says this should work however I am getting this error message:

A required security module cannot be activated.
This program cannot be executed (8008).

Has anyone encountered this? how is it solved?

I am having the same problem as above, but im getting error 7000. Does anyone know how to resolve this.

i went to winehq.org to resolve this issue

after getting there i found a a goot how to and a precompiled ver of wine or the source code to compile my own copy

i tried it both ways .. since my hard disk has crashed ...
the second time i grabbed the precompiled 9.5.0 version of wine ...
followed the instructions on winehq and i was in the game ... no pun intended ...

now if world in conflict was working i would like to see that one ..
