If you are looking for a VPS (virtual private server) www.linode.com offers Ubuntu as a distro choice. If you are looking for a general linux host www.site5.com is a good choice and if you are looking for a dedicated server www.15minuteservers.com is also good. :)

site5 sounds the closest. I want a hassle free host to dump my site onto, but want it to be a company that uses 100% Linux

A friend of mine runs Ubiquity Hosting (http://ubiquityhosting.com/) and I'm quite pleased with the service they offer, the servers run Fedora Core as I recall and they use Plesk as the end user management web frontend - which is fairly easy to figure out.
At 4.95$ / month it's the best host I have been able to find.

Now I have to figure out how to 'un-park' my domain name from them... GRRRRR
