Convert my ubuntu windows appearance into black color

How can I make my ubuntu windows look black instead of white like this picture with thumbnails ( http://goto.glocalnet.net/mrazster/Linux/xubuntu_7.04_dark2.png )? Is this has to do with skin or with desktop properties? Thank you.:confused:

Did you mean the transparency? if that's the case, yes. it is something to do with the themes.
