I have Kiba-Dock installed and I love it. It is set up to load on startup. The problem that I am running into is that when it loads up, occasionally it displays icons for gnome applets. The last time I did it, it showed network manager and the battery meter.

Does this have something to do with startup order?

The problems that this causes: If I don't force close the application, there is a terrible white box on the kiba dock. If I do force them to close, then I can't easily use them.

Another thing, because I don't want to make a different thread for this, is there a way to remove the AM/PM from the digital clock display?

I don't have an answer just the same issue with the extra icon on start up.
Except the clock one, I can't get rid of the 24hr clock.
At least it doesn't say AM/PM

I just fixed this error.. The name of NetworkManagers shortname is nm-applet, if you look in the tray you see a icon of the network manager, if you rightclick this and press ABOUT, it will show nm-applet, and this will maybe show the same for the battery.. So how to solve this?

Kiba-Dock Settings Editor > Taskbar > List of skipped applications, Here you ad nm-applet to skip the network icon.. And I think you can do the same for the battery, if you just get the name of it. :)

I'm sorry, but I don't know any advanced linux words for certain things, but I hope you get what I wrote :guitar:
