[SOLVED] SAT Registration HELP!

My guidance counselor gave me this SAT registration form but he didn't have the registration booklet or the one for international applicants. So I had to fill up the registration form without the help of the booklet, I was able to find my HS code and Testing Center code online so no problem with that now. But I still have one problem, the international taxes, I cant seem to find this on www.collegeboard.com. Does anyone know how much is it for the Philippines? Or does anyone know where I can download or view the registration booklet online? Or can anyone who has, check it and please answer me?
