Make a section, where Instant support is possible, where there's a team running, if a user is in dying need of fast support, and has something urgent or important (e.g meeting in 5 minutes, needs sound working) and the Insta-support team can check his question and almost instantly answer it, the insta-support team will have to be dedicated to check at time intervals (5-10 mins or 15-30) and get to answer the threads quickly, if a thread cannot be answered, supposedly the thread will be put on hold and the person, will try to contact another team member online to solve this problem, just a suggestion, seen many users who need instant, but the next reply they get is in an hour or later.
