Unable to install XP with Maxtor SATA, Unable to find Drivers

I am attempting to install Windows XP with a 160 GB Maxtor SATA Drive. It does not recognize during the install. It works fine, and is recognized by BIOS. I have a floppy and a USB floppy drive. My problem is I am totally unable to find a driver appropriate for my drive, I have looked every place I can think to look, and I cannot find an original floppy (if I ever had one). If anyone can help, it is a Maxtor 6L160M0.

note the make and model of the motherboard and go to the makers support site, the driver should be available there,

ps: if you have the original motherboard driver cd, they should be on that with instructions on how to install
