One thing, you can't change between full screen and window mode the moment you define it, you have to exit the game and then it will be what you defined. This, i suspect, is related to SDL.
PS: if you can't run the games, change the name of libpng13.dll to libpng12.dll, if it's not already. I have the 13 version, but i think the SDL dlls were compiled with the 12.
