WINE / Shareaza

I have just installed a dual boot version of UBUNTU, am now trying to install Shreaza on to Ubuntu. I understand that I need to install WINE. Some say that this comes with UBUNTU and some say to install it seperatly. Question is HOW do you install wine. I am a complete newbie to this !!!!:confused:
