As part of the plan to help spread Ubuntu, we've created the Ubuntu MarketingTeam https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MarketingTeam
We are looking for creative people to help design, create documents, presentations, and other media for promoting Ubuntu. Anyone is welcome, there are several projects in need of leaders.

We are also in need of a few liaisons, their role would be, to be a single point of contact between the Marketing Team and other Team. Right now we are looking for:

Art Team Liaison
Installation Team Liaison
Local Team Liaison

I know about 15 places we can use that, do you have a .odt or .pdf version? if not I'm sure we can create one. I know you're very busy with the forums but maybe you could do some scouting;) if you see any cool ideas send them our way.

I will help as much as I can, I know there are several Ubuntu users in my LUG and we have been known to do some weird PR stunts.. passing out CDs can be no different.

speaking of which my Hoary conversion process when less well than expected, now Breezy is coming about and I only got about 4 or 5 of the cd sets I ordered into enemy hands - however in my defence, they were all full conversions, not one could resist Ubuntu goodness.
