This is my first post here, and 3rd day with Ubuntu, so cut me some slack if you will.

I have seen on some videos and screenshots, people have links to programs at the bottom of their desktop, somewhat like a Mac OS, using Compiz.

Can someone tell me how to do this?

Thanks

I'll attach a screenshot so you know what I'm talking about...

On this desktop, there are links at the bottom of the desktop to different programs... Firefox, AIM, etc.

If you could let me know that'd be great.
