video cut detection for video analysis

hiya, I do a video analysis, therefore I need a complete list of all timestamps, when a cut occured (the type of cut is irrelevant, the time is the important aspect). I googled about cut detection, but couldn't find anything useful about it.
I am grateful for any hints or leads.
