[SOLVED] Kiba-Dock settings

Hey, I just installed Kiba-Dock there, when I change setting in the Kiba settings manager they dont seem to alter the dock at all? what am I doing wrong?

First Kiba Dock is kind of buggie.
Second some settings exclude other settings.
Example if you have Physics turned on then rotating Icons won't work.
Too, with some changes you have to quit then restart Kiba.
If you figure out how the get the clock off of 24h let me know.
