what exactly are you looking for?

Dreamweaver isn't opensource, so people on this forum aren't likely to do much about it, and I really doubt too many of them promote it or keep a stack of training videos for it handy.

what would you like to know?

basic info: most web pages are made using the coding languages HTML or XHTML, and in proper web development, all of the content of the page will be coded into the htm file, with all of the layout and styling done in CSS.

If you are interested in learning to develop and code websites, there are many resources available online, and html/xhtml is a very easy way to get started.
If you want to know how to design webpages & sites, spend some time browsing the web, especially the websites of big businesses such as LG, Best Buy, Microsoft, Apple, Yahoo, MSN, Sony, Applebees, Cheesecake Factory, Bruegger's, etc. Just about every company has a website, and while it is good to be original and use your ingenuity, it is also important to understand convention. People rely on convention to tell them where to go.

You'll recognize the male and female signs for restrooms a lot faster than you'll necessarily realize that doors labeled P and V are male/female restrooms. get it? :)

If you need more help, feel free to PM or IM me, and I can help you get started or point you in the right direction, as this forum isn't really the appropriate place to teach web design.
