Windows Enterprise has gone down 3.7% (http://www.microsoft-watch.com/content/operating_systems/windows_a_monopoly_shakes.html). Apple gained the most (3%), while GNU/Linux also increased (.5%).

It does not surprise me. From what I have seen many corporations are already making the decision to skip Vista and continue with XP until the next OS comes out. I know where I work there has been a renewed interest in Apple for some environments, the ability to dual boot with XP is a real benefit...if they could get an enterprise level support contract worked out.
To be fair, I do not think Vista is a bad OS at all, and in some ways improves over XP...mostly in the administrative and networking components. There is just no value, at least at this time, to upgrade enterprise wide...especially when we are less then a year from our NT remediation.
