Emulate a virtual desktop, but only half the time

I'd like to play some of my windows game in a virtual desktop window, and I'd like to play some games fullscreen. Is there a way I can accomplish this in wine? a command or option to run along with the program?

there's a setting for it in winecfg for it.

not sure how you can parameter pass it though, but you can do it manually.

You can create a different WINEPREFIX (http://wiki.winehq.org/wineprefixcreate) for each application you're using, and then run winecfg for each respectively. Should work....
