Hi,
I'm trying various virtualization system and I have a big trouble with KVM and windows as guest os (XP or 2003R2).
The average speed of the windows is very slow ...... My computer doesn't even show any big activities at the processor level. I've tried the acpi tip but no change.
My computer is a core 2 quad at 2.4Ghz with 4Gb of ram and an intel server motherboard witch support virtualization and has virtualization activated. The host os is the ubuntu gutsy with all actualisations.
No warnings with kvm, all the full virtualization is supported.
Can you please tell me what's wrong ? is it normal that windows is slow under kvm ?
Thanks.
