Ok- I am getting repository errors. Can anyone post their apt-sources file? A usable one- not the default. Thanks!

Here is mine-

I copied and pasted the first answer and when I opened Synaptic received the following message:

Getting the same errors (all of a sudden)

is there something wrong with the repos?

sudo apt-get update

I used the synaptic package manager gui. When I tried apt-get update I did rather better but still had the following errors:

I really should try a nearer source (I am in Spain) but would settle for anything that works.
