In case others don't know, the second most popular Ubuntu Brainstorm idea (http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/idea/384/) under "Look and Feel" is for some sort of collaboration between the art Team and Deviantart.

There's some really nice Ubuntu-related work, including wallpapers, already there (http://search.deviantart.com/?section=browse&q=Ubuntu%20&qh=boost:popular+age_sigma:24h+age_scale:5).

This is probably my favorite from recent uploads.

Looks awesome. I also like the wallpaper in the Beta, much better than the Lagoon look!

I made some stamps for Ubuntu and put them on DeviantART a few minutes ago.. I got bored.
I think I need to make some that have the logo stand out a bit more.

Great idea! I love "faux" Ubuntu merchandise.

I did an Ubuntu Hardy wallpaper myself and posted it last night (http://taubrey.deviantart.com/art/Two-Herons-81509627):

(not for the comp as I didn't use the official palette)

Thanks. um, two years? It's more of an obsession/hobby/therapy than a serious artistic endevor. I post my stranger, idiosyncratic stuff on OptickleArt (http://cafelinux.org/OptickleArt/)(where I am a mod, thereby avoiding getting banned! - even then, I have had to warn myself a couple of times). :)
