I had been running Mythbuntu 7.10 for a number of months and decided to try some 8.04 beta testing. I'm a Linux newbie so forgive any obvious oversights I might be making.
I installed the 8.04 beta and have been having problems getting my Kworld ATSC-110 to work. I followed the directions at (as I previously did with 7.10):
http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/index.php/Kworld_ATSC_110
When setting up mythbackend with a DVB card (for OTA HD), the system gives the message that it can not get settings / info for the card. With V4L, it has the message "Unkown device" - but allows it to be selected - but that doesn't find any signals when scanning channels (plus I don't want it setup that way).
I've tried adding saa7134-dvb to /etc/modules and loading it with modprobe. When I run lapci I see SAA7133/SAA7135 . . but not 7134 . . could this be a problem?
Thanks for any insights!
