Whenever I make a post with an attachment my signature line ends up on the top of the post.

If I edit the post and re-save it then it'll go back to the bottom where it belongs.

Hmmmm. Which theme are you using? (Just in case it's theme-specific.) -- Which theme are you using when you do this, I should clarify.

I'm using Blue right now but the standard theme did this as well. It has been occurring since the first day of upgrades.

Ahhhh, that's exactly what I needed to know. Ok, I'll hunt down the conflict and see what we can do about it.
