highlight for menu button

Hi...I hope can anybody help me...I'd wish to know if is possible to add an highlight to the menu button on the panel when the button is pressed (like the application/resource/system menu). I'm talking about the "compact" (main) menu...Does someone know if is it possible?

No one?? I mean something like this...

The blue highilight is shown only when the button is pressed...I've to use this image because I don't find anything like this in Ubuntu themes...

Check out the gnome themes link in my sig, I think it may help. :)

Also, check out the Azur theme, it has a menu highlight of sorts.
