For wine - WoW if you wish to pay monthly fees, Guildwars if you wish to pay a one time fee for buying the game.

Natively -

take your pick there are a few.

"The Mana World" is the ONLY one I know of that runs natively, and it's not very good. There's also Runescape but I can't stand it anymore...I can't take the fanboys in these games anymore. I guess I'm getting too old for this stuff.

For a good game, you probably want to play WoW on Wine. But, there is the monthly fee, so I don't know how that sits with you. As for native linux MMOs, I don't know. But, I intend to try some out. I am just getting into using linux.

Well, there is Planeshift. Not a bad game, but has a lot of bugs (once I got stuck on the introductory missions as they started to loop endlessly) and when I played the main server was down more times than up.
Regnum is a bit better, but I could never get the game to work properly (no sound) and the connections to the server were excruciatingly slow.
The Mana World is an interesting little game, but it gets boring fast.
