Civilization is acording to me the best game series ever created, have anyone seen if Civ 4 will be able to run in Linux (by cedega of course, a native client we would have heard of)

I took a look at Cedega game list and I couldn't see Civ IV. Though Sid meyers Civ IIIs should run fine with cedega.

thanks, so much I know, was hoping maybe someone with a civ 4 beta or something (if there were a beta), maybe testad it through wine.

Perhaps in the near future civ IV will be supported, if enough people vote for it.

I've read somewhere that the engine Civ4 is based on/is using is the same as the one from Pirates. If that is correct then hopefully it won't be any big problems with getting Civ4 to run

Both are sid games, produced by same company, sounds quite believable. Let's hope so.

Ive never heard of any Sid game having a problem in cedega, I cannot believe that Civ4 would be the same way.
