weird window problem

im running gutsy and compiz fusion w/emerald and im having this weird problem. The windows WILL NOT resize or move. i have wobbly windows enabled and whenever i try to move the window at all, just to make it wobble or not, they just wont move. while running metacity they move fine but not when i run compiz.
heres the code i get when i run compiz --replace.

Do you have the move window and resize window plugins enabled in compiz??
