Mission Elite: The Battle for Birera is now fully ported to desktop Linux - Qt/OpenGL, but since the whole 3D rasterisation is done in software, OpenGL is not really necessary for rendering and this could easily be ported to Qtopia Core or Qtopia Phone Edition, so Sharp Zaurus, Sony mylo, Qtopia Greenphone, OpenMoko, GP2X and other PDAs that can run Linux/Qtopia

Downloaded this, the binary ran fine on my system so no need to compile. I haven't left Lave yet, but really like it so far!

How close is it to the original, in terms of gameplay, missions and stuff?
