installing gstreamer0.10-pitfdll

Anyone know how to install gstreamer0.10-pitfdll on Gutsy 64bit.

Don't know how helpful this is but ;

Yes I run 64-bit ; Hardy and Gutsy . Not sure but think its connected to Win32 codecs ? :confused:
