Hi

is there something similar to the debian weekly news in ubuntu?

I know there was ubuntu traffic, but this seems that is not mantained anymore. I would love to have something similar, fedora & other distro have them and it's quite nice to read them.

That'd be really nice. KDE has a developer blog aggregator (http://www.planetkde.org/) that is pretty cool...you can read each of their posts for the day and get an idea about how things are going.

I know about planets, ubuntu has it's own: planet.ubuntulinux.org
But weekly news are different. Planet is a blog aggregation, and hence personal experiences are thrown there, which is nice to read, but weekly news covers things happening in the development of the distro & community. I would love something similar in ubuntu.

Yes, I already knew that, but thanxs. What I'm looking for is a weekly news about the community & develoment of ubuntu, the most similar thing is the traffic proyect, but it's not continued.

Ubuntu traffic was great! And it would be a nice addition to the Fridge.
