This is a fun game, and I've been looking for a way to install it in wine. A little search helped me find what a good solution would be:
Lumixed 4E4
Lumines "remake".
Put MFC42.DLL in L4E4 folder (http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?mfc42)

...except it didn't work. Not sure where it went wrong, but how do I get the Lumixed game to work? I did most of what this person said: download the lumixed installer, ran it through wine, then downloaded and copied the .dll file into where lumixed file was located (~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Lumixed 4E4/mfc42.dll). Finally, I ran launchlumixed.exe, and it prompts me for a window size, then disappears.
EDIT: nevermind. I just reinstalled it, and it seems to be working.
