When trying to run wesnoth, I get the above message
"could not initialize fonts, exiting with code 0"
What can I do to fix this ?

Do you have libfreetype2 installed?

I'm having the same problem with libfreetype6 installed.
Can anyone help please?

If anyone could help with with I would be so happy, Ive have this problem for months and I really miss wesnoth, this problem have even followed me in my upgrade to feisty. It come when its adept installed and when I install it other ways.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled my fonts, nothing helped. Please can some one give me some advice?
