HOWTO: Installing Xen

Tested for Xen v2.0.7 on Hoary. Hoary as dom0, Hoary as domU, Debian Sarge as domU. All domUs installed using debootstrap. Works great.

works pretty much the same for breezy. i can write it up all nice if people want, but really, just replace hoary with breezy
