Single or Double Elimination Tournament Generator?

Does anyone know if there are any apps that generate a tournament bracket? I used to use a program called Bracketter (http://home.kc.rr.com/pplofkc/sharware.html) on Windows, but I've found I can't use Wine to use that program. If it is possible to use that program with Wine, I'd appreciate it if I could get the steps in order to make it work.
