Preventing commercial skipping on certain channels

I really like the commercial skipping feature (I still try to push the skip button due to my previous TiVo), but on the PBS channel, there are no commercials. However, MythTV skipped forwards a few times during this show I recorded.

It looks like I might be able to select Job Options -> Begin Commercial Flagging, then Job Options -> Stop Commercial Flagging as a possible fix, but I don't know.

Is there an automatic way to prevent commercial skipping that I have overlooked (only on PBS) ?

You can choose which channels that are commfree with mythweb.
Go in to Settings and find your channels. (TV - Channel info i think)

You can do it in mythbackend setup too.

You can also turn auto skipping off each time you watch a PBS program from the OSD menu... But the channel commercial free option is probably best.

When I went to add icons to each station in the backend I switched it off there for the PBS stations.
